Installation: Many existing buildings have limited mechanical space and / or limited access to the mechanical space.
- Due to our triangular plenum, our equipment has a smaller footprint and weighs less than other HVAC manufacturers’.
- This smaller size coupled with the modular design allows for the use of freight elevators and/or smaller cranes to get to the roof or mechanical room.
- Our duct connections meet existing duct connections, reducing additional ductwork costs (material & labor), as well as keeping the ventilation performance to the design level.
- The single point wiring connection allows for less on-site wiring cost (material & labor).
Berner’s modular design allows custom built quality at standard pricing. Each of the models range from 1,500 CFM to 22,000 CFM. Berner’s custom designs units over 22,000 CFM.

Standard production incorporates a welded interior aluminum frame for mounting of all components.

Modules can be broken apart to add heating and cooling at any time. Unit modules can be shipped as a package or individually for on-site assembly.

All panels are mounted separately on each individual module to allow removal for total access to interior components.
Maintenance: Our units are designed to minimize maintenance. We provide complete Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals with every system, and can provide start-up services if desired. When maintenance is required, access doors are situated so that everything can be reached from outside of the unit; no reason for anyone to climb inside the unit. The access doors come equipped with safety measures such as door prop rods to prevent the door from swinging when the unit is being serviced.
Durability & Standard Warranty: The owner wants to know that the equipment will endure and perform. We designed our equipment around a 20+ year school bond, and our equipment is warranted for 18 months from the ship date. Download our Limited Product Warranty.
