Existing Buildings: Need to increase outside air on an existing building? We can retrofit to the current equipment.
Is the existing building in a city with limited roof access? No problem – our designs are modular and have smaller footprints than most of our competitors.
Installation costs a concern? We put our duct connections where the engineer wants them, not the other way around. We provide single point wiring. We provide complete O&Ms and can provide start-up services if desired.

We work with building engineers to define the HVAC goals and then develop a system to meet these goals based on the design conditions. Once equipment is selected and agreed upon, we can calculate the preliminary payback information for the project based on energy efficiencies only. The average payback period for Berner equipment is 1–3 years. The benefits of good Indoor Air Quality and the payback of healthy occupants are harder to quantify but well documented.
